Small World Net is the world’s first network exclusively designed for brands and their most passionate fans. The Small World Network provides a BMS™ (Brand Management System) platform to build and manage a brand’s website, leveraging social interaction between the brand and its audience. The BMS™ is an integrated technology platform that provides a simple dashboard for stakeholders (brand managers, agencies) to manage a client’s online and offline presence while participating in Social Media.
The Small World Net Identity was inspired by the concept within the organization of social groups. The interaction of individual users participating in a continuously expanding network is formalized within the icon. A vast social web is represented in a friendly, non-threatening and approachable manner for various audiences.
The design of the BMS™ (Brand Management System™) symbol reflects the treatment and construction of the original Small World Net identity. The symbol was designed to be used solely on internal pages within the BMS™ system as well as a feature on future promotional material.
The stationery required little embellishment. Clean, professional and efficient - all hallmarks of a forward-thinking brand intent on putting people first.
In order to enhance a friendly and approachable brand experience, a website was designed based upon a simple interface and clear presentation of information. The challenge was to translate the strict client criteria into an enjoyable online experience. The end result communicates a friendly brand image to its targeted audience.
The design of the BMS™ system required specific user scenarios which, when applied, helped us design a highly functional system for use by various brand managers and interactive agencies. Deciphering the flow of information and user behaviour within the platform of this social system became high priority. Prime focus was placed on usability and interface architecture, resulting in a friendly, easy to use system that was functional as well as aesthetically appealing.
